Retail Full Service Ceramic Shop-Greenware, Bisque

Selling shop due to owner illness. Must sell quickly if possible, but I do not want to close doors. This shop is still functioning, selling and having a good time, but due to a recent illness the owner must sell. Prefer not to liquidate, but sell to someone wanting to continue running the shop. This shop is a Full service retail ceramic shop located in Houston area. We sell greenware, bisque, we pour and fire, we have classes, drop in painting and parties, classes for adults and kids, all kinds of supplies, tons of paints and glazes, clay and clay building, and tons of fun. The space is approx 3000 sq ft leased space, stocked shelves full of greenware and bisque, tons of paint by Duncan, Mayco, DocHolliday and more. Pouring room, classroom, storage building full of over 10,000 molds plus about 15,000 molds offsite. 4 kilns hooked up and working. All kinds of molds from gare, docholliday, duncan, scioto, provincial, claymagic, ALL kinds, more than you will ever pour, from garden, to home, to nativity and christmas, to animals and more. A full range for a full selection.
Business is still good, approx $10-$14k money income with income coming from wholesale, retail, senior programs and school accounts. Huge potential for online sales!!! Someone with online knowledge will do good at selling supplies, KILNS! and bisque online.
The business just needs some more organization, cleanup (which is almost impossible in a ceramic shop!) and a little ambition. The shop has been open for over 15 years and has a good following. It's a great little shop with great personality. The store will continue to be open and run, orders and pouring will continue regardless to stay open and continue making money. We will not close or reduce hours or production!
Ideally this business would benefit from someone who has experience in ceramics with pouring, cleaning and a good knowledge of the ceramic products! Possibly also someone who might be retired would enjoy this business as well.
