The software enables CAD users to efficiently edit and clean scanned technical drawings and automatically convert them to CAD. The company has two major lines of products and licenses the technology to OEM partners.

The company’s extensive customer base is primarily Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, military and other major firms located in the U.S. and world-wide. Most customers are repeat customers who are on renewable maintenance agreements for recurring revenues. Sales, marketing and development are done at headquarters and at the European subsidiary supporting a world-wide distribution channel. Most of the channel partners in Europe have been marketing and selling the products for over 15 years and both the U.S. and European subsidiary have enjoyed considerable employee longevity.

Company is offered as an asset sale. Seller, President and CEO, willing to stay with Company under separate consulting agreement to increase revenues and grow the company as well as to assist with patent litigation to license U.S. Patent.
