The company has indentified 100 initial radio station acquisition targets and has several deals pending, including one in Iowa which will serve as its first station acquisition, (at which time the company expects to immediately commence trading its stock on the NASDAQ OTCBB). The company is already an operating and publicly reporting entity – not a shell. The company will buy and operate as many as 500 cash flow positive small town radio stations primarily located in the Midwest, Southwest and Southeast portions of the US, and expects an average rate of return on each station of between 35% and 60%. An investor may expect an initial return of 5 times the original investment.
