Pubco W/$1m Revs Seeks Opc to Share Listing Costs

Merger candidate must have OPCO with $1mil + revenues and be willing to pay for their audit, filing, and legal costs est. = $25k

We are looking for another $50k for s-1 and 15c211 filing costs to be done through our market maker and legal team.

We have invested $100k to date for a shell with 210 shareholders, has audited financials, and a $1mil OPCO already merged with it.

Pubco will give equal value in stock for OPco. 3 times EBIDTA to merge and increase value for all.

This is a good exit strategy for any business looking to sell or become more valuable with a pubco looking to increase asset base and leverage a higher degree of capitalization.
