We currently have a Pizza Restaurant, and empty store on the lower level, and two apartments on the upper level of an Historic brick building in Redkey, Indiana for sale. It is located directly across the street from the famous Key Palace that hosts weekend shows of World Known Blues artists. Due to our careers, we no longer have time to run the business. Currently we are open at 4:30 daily until 8:00 pm. The demand for business has required us to open earlier and close later, but our schedules do not allow for these changes. The business potential here is very good as we are the only restaurant in town. We offer dine in, carry out, and delivery. Also note the street in front is under construction for the summer, but does have access to the restaurant. New streets, sidewalks, and overall beautification will be completed by fall.

The sale includes all equipment used in daily operation as well as food stock. It is a solid brick building with alot of character. The electric in the restaurant was updated in June of 2007. We believe for owners who can open for normal restaurant hours, $75,000+ per year would be very much achievable.
