We are engaged in oil refining, processing and trading of oil contracts countrywide and for export.
The rise in the oil price has a lot to do with the bottlenecks in the refinery industry.
We have opportunities to use the idle refinery capacities.
This is too fragmented and complicated a market for the oil giants, that leaves a window of opportunity for us.

We offer to develop the oil refining/ processing/ trading business as a Russian entity.
Foreign-owned companies face bare from bidding this year for Russian most lucrative natural resources.
Companies would have to be at least 51% Russian-owned to take part in tenders for strategic oil and metal deposits.

Business plan is available to increase volumes substantially.
Business could be split with consortium members.
