The projected overall post tax development profit from the Portuguese project is 37m Euros, over a 4 year period.

•Investor ROI: 181% over 4 years
•8% Interest payment pa on the 4m working capital (predicted to be repaid within 18 months).
•Early dividend payments through cash flow envisaged within the 4 years development period.
PROJECT STATUS:
Outline planning approval (alvara) for whole village – 235+ apartments and townhouses, shopping piazza, club, nursing home, amenities.
•Detailed licenses obtained for the 1st phase development.
•All necessary infrastructures in place.
•Building contract placed on a design/build basis with major contractor.
•Construction finance in place.
•Sale reservations/promissory contracts in hand.
•Gross profit 1st phase: 5.5m Euros (excluding working capital loan repayment).
