India BSE Listed Co. Wants Investors/VC/partners

We are Indian (Bombay) Stock Exchange Listed company based in Gujarat, India. In order to venture into Infrastructure, real estate business in India we are on lookout for Investors/Venture capitalists/Mutual fund managers/Hign Net Worth investors as Partners who could invest around $5 Million to $50 Million (combination of Equity and Debt) in the company. The funder can be partner in management control of the company. The business returns expected are to the tune of 30% per annum at the end of 5 years lock in period. The funders will be in a position to appoint majority Board of Directors of his choice. At present it is a small company with small capital. We are open to suggestions.
