This is a medical billing and consulting firm that also sells software and does some consulting. The company was started in 1994. The company focuses on productivity and profitability improvement as well as training, specifically around medical billing, claims processing, and HIPAA compliance. The main line of software sold is MediSoft from McKesson. The firm is a Silver VAR (Value Added Reseller), awarded for their high level of product sales. (Was previously a GOLD VAR but all levels restarted after McKesson acquisition.) Silver VAR status entitles them to preferential support as well as lower software buying costs translating into higher profits from each sale.

With the McKesson products, comes daily support and assistance for 90% of the providers that buy the products. The staff takes care of all accounts receivable including processing provider’s claims to the insurance carriers, posting all payments, sending out patient statements, working collections, etc.
