We are a Spanish company that we have initiate the sale:

1.- our international patents relating to safety systems applicable to construction;

2 .- and of our companies who are the owners of exclusive rights to manufacture and marketing of products under these patents that commercialy are called Beta 3 Safety Systems.

In summary, the sale includes all patents as well as the assets of the companies that market, including existing stocks or commodities, machinery and vehicles, and following intangible assets:

certified product (European Standards EN), product tests, agreements with universities, contracts in process of supply, promotional material or marketing (multilingual website, multilingual 3D videos, multilingual catalogs, multilingual online course for authorized installer, multilingual assembly manual and techinical data of components) as well as departmental and logistics establishments in Spain and also in China.

The value of sales at the moment is 120 millions Euros. It should be borne in mind that the value of the international patents valuation is 270 millions Euros.

First of all can be signed a buying and selling contract paying 10% on account, that is 12 million, and establishing a period of 6 months to make the firm contract.
