Extended camping is permitted to members and guests who are actively prospecting along the properties that the Company manages. The Company was first established in 1986 with just six miles of mineral property and has grown to include 75 miles of gold bearing properties along some of California s most beautiful rivers, and their crystal-clear creek tributaries. The Company continues to grow as more people become aware of the activities offered and as gold prices continue to rise. Having been active in the industry and the business for 25 years, the Seller now would like to spend more time during the off-season traveling, and seeks to identify a new owner who will build upon what the Company has firmly established.
