This is a well established business located in an historic tourist town in the beautiful Arkansas Ozark Mountains. The Spring River is the ideal location for weekend getaways or family vacations. This coldwater stream is fed by the 9th largest spring in the world, making it a year round float stream and home to trout, walleye and bass. The Southfork of Spring River is a beautiful Ozark warm water stream with excellent scenery and is a very peaceful, yet exciting stream. We offer our guests (6) fully furnished river cabins and five smaller cabins overlooking Hardy and the surrounding mountains. An additional 960 square foot cabin (currently used as a residence) is located adjacent to the (1,024 sq. ft) store. Weekends in June, July and August often see our entire fleet of canoes, kayaks, rafts, and tubes on the river. During the off-season, fishing and hunting become popular pastimes. A 50' river access lot is also included.
Situated in a highly visible location at the junction of two main highways intersecting northeast Arkansas. Not included in sale price (but, owners will consider all reasonable offers) are the two and three bedroom cabins on the river within walking distance of the shops of Old Hardy Town. We also manage the Hardy RV Park located on the banks of the beautiful Spring River in Old Hardy Town. Most sites have water and electricity and access to the bathhouse. The campground is open March through October.
