This is a new field discovery and the potential profit is huge due to no depletion in the immediate surrounding area. Not only have we drilled the well, but we have logged it (which shows us that there's oil, exactly where it is and how thick the pay zones are), and cemented casing in the hole. Fortunately for you, one of our key investors has become insolvent due to the financial situation of the economy and we have 12% working interest to sell so we can complete this well and start producing oil.
