Revised - 28 New Oil Wells- $5.6m -with Guarantee

Newly acquired field next to fields we already have in production. 28 well sites identified with an average depth of 1600 to 1800 feet. We expect daily production to average 50 to 150 bpd plus gas. We are offering a 65% CARRIED interest on these wells (100% NRI!).

We can structure one well at a time which works out to be $200k per well. Operator with 20 years in the business (owns his own rigs) will redrill at no additional charge should there be any dry holes. They will also back the production numbers.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO FUND THIS ENTIRE PROJECT ($5.6MM) FOR $600K, +/- (3 WELLS) BY USING THE FORWARD CASH-FLOW TO FUND THE ADDITIONAL WELLS.
