Seeking venture party to provide up to $2.5mm for the rework of 12 existing wells. The wells, which were capped in the 80's were, at the time of capping, producing on average 5 bbls per day. Our plan is to go in and refurbish the wells, with the hope to increase production beyond those numbers.

In addition, we are planning to drill two new wells and we expect they will produce some 50bpd.

We will absorb any cost-overruns on this project. The return, at today's prices should be around 70% per year plus tax benefits.
