Small Oil Production - Force Sale - Needs to Go!

This is a low production well that we are selling a portion of the interest, 20%. Need to raise some quick cash for another opportunity so we are willing to SACRIFICE this income piece. This portion currently produces some 3 bpd for the owner and we will guarantee at least 2 for the next year. At current prices, you should get somewhere around 27% return PER MONTH or better (probably much better).
We will pay for any future maintenance and repair and we have the operator under contract as well as the buyer, so this is a worry-free transaction. Your job will be to take the check to the bank (fair enough?).
