J.V. Partner Needed Short Term for Major Oil/Gas

We have a confirmed buyer willing to put down a deposit on a major oil property located in the U.S.

We need $5M for development of up to 5 wells. Time frame is roughly 12 months. This is a proven area with extensive history. Payback within the 1 year is $12.5M or more. Collateral is proven and recoverable reserves in excess of $500M. Contracts are signed, equipment lined up and permits are ready to be filed.

We will also entertain further, long-term, development of this field should the parties agree.
