Work-Over Opportunity on 1500' Wells!

The (7) wells are drilled on 660' spacing and are approximately 1500' in depth. The formation is 10-20' thick and has high permeability throughout. The WI is 100% and the NRI is 80%.

The project will entail pulling pipe, washing wells and then treating them. We will also convert one of the wells to an injection well and set up an injection system. This area has had no secondary recovery, but does flood very well. There is a high rate of flush production after waterflood is initiated.

The work-over A.F.E. is $5,000 for production wells and $9,000 to set up the water-flood and re-work the designated injection well. There are at least (3) more good locations to drill. The cost to drill a new well is $75,000. Acquisition of lease with 6 Shut-in wells and one Active well making 1 1/2 BOPD is 75K with all equipment. Operations and Price are all negotiable.
