A smaller operation, tipple and small wash plant with rail service. Presently doing about 10,000 TPM of business, but could be increased considerably. Cash flow seems to be a problem. About 50 million tons of reserves are included, but I don't think all of them have been drilled and proven. It is a nice plant with cement pads for storing coal. However, it would require some planning and control to make it more efficient and more profitable. They are asking about $18 million for everything. Perhaps it would be less if not all the reserves were included.
