Welded Fuel Piping Contractor

Welded fuel piping contractor for military applications, oil companies and commercial airports, and until recently, primarily as a subcontractor. The company handles all construction between the supply point and the outlet, installing piping, pumps and meters. The company is also the premier subcontractor for military fuel contracts in the country, facing limited competition as the U.S. military sends RFPs to only contractors that are experienced in this field of construction.

In 2008, the company completed its first marketing terminal project as the prime contractor. This terminal receives its product from a pipeline into the terminal and then loads barges and trucks to supply other terminals. This project, valued at $22.5 million, consisted of a total capacity of over 27 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuel, four miles of piping, as well as barge and truck loading facilities. The company’s client is slated to construct four additional similar terminals, representing a total project value of approximately $85 million. The next terminal is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2009.
