We provide a valuable service of millwright, fabrication and industrial maintenance repair to all market sectors throughout the islands of St. Thomas and St. John. This service is custom, creative, highly technical that meet high precision standards. We provide several services that are superior to other providers on both islands.

CMMD's asking price is $200,000 US Dollar or best offer. You will be taking over lease $2,455/1,700 Sq Ft monthly, all equipment listed in attached, all established accounts, the Corporate Seal and responsibilities with no debit or liability claims against it. We will be happy to supply a 3 month turnover.
