The company's 2008 and 2009 core product line revenue (fiscal year ending May 31st, and excluding hit product revenue) was $3,379 million and $3,044 million respectively. 2008 core product line gross profit was $1,419 million and 2009 core product line gross profit was $1,104 million. Projected core product line revenues for fiscal year 2010 are $6,710 million with a core product line gross profit of $2,751 million. Gross margins for the majority of the company's products range from 40% to 50%. The Company has recently added several new innovative, category leaders in the Jr. sporting goods segment and is launching a major offering in the Art Activity category which leverages environmentally sustainable components.
