This is a full service gas and auto repair service center that was originally started in the 1940's. They have 3 full service pumps offering customers a choice of regular, regular-plus and premium grades of unleaded gasoline. Other stations in town have self-serve pumps, but customers at this station enjoy the full service of having one of three mechanics pump the gas while checking the oil and cleaning the windshield. They also carry five additional types of specialty fuel, #2 diesel, #1 dyed home heating fuel, #2 dyed for off-road vehicles, 100LL airplane fuel and Jet A fuel. Capacities are monitored with a new central monitoring system. Tests are conducted monthly to check tank conditions. When called upon by the US Forest Service, they lease a 2,200 gallon fuel truck to supply fuel to fire fighters.
