Revenues and Cash Flow:
The company has experienced consistent cash flow, except during the recessionary year of 2008. Revenues during the current year are more in line with those that have characterized the company.

This transaction will be an asset sale with an option to purchase the real property owned by the company.

Prospective buyers will be screened for a minimum down payment of $500,000 and for their ability to secure approval for financing the balance of the Purchase Price.
