Investment is divided into three phases: Phase I-initial funding, including product purchase and shipping, Phase II-on-going operations and building a distribution warehouse in Vladivostok, Russia and stocking it with product and equipment and Phase III-continued operations and building and supplying a distribution warehouse in Seattle, Washington.
