Manufacture + Trading Company for Sale in Slovakia

Manufacture and trading company has a 10-year experience in production of garden upholstery, sun umbrellas and advertising umbrellas of different sizes. The company through its main customer, an Austrian family company with a long tradition, supplies hobbymarkets and garden centres all around Europe. Stable and correct cooperation is based on general agreement which is signed-up for 3 years and has been working perfectly ever since the beginning of the business.

There is a complete sewing manufactory with 16 industrial sewing machines and other workroooms for sewing with 6 overlocks, embroidery machines, cutting machines and special filling machine in the production plant. All the machines are suitable for industrial sewing, it is possible to use them for sewing bed linens, bed covers, curtains or table clothes.

The current production capacity is approx. 400 thousand upholstery and 80 thousand sun umbrellas a year at one-shift operation. The sales revenue in 2008 exceeded 20 mil Sk (665 000,- EUR). There is a possibility to further increase the productivity and arrange a two-shift operation.

The company currently employs 40 employees with 37 in manufacture and the rest in administration. Skilled and experienced management has been working for the company since its beginning.

The parcel is located in the settled area of Šamorín. It has an excellent connection to Bratislava which is only about 18km away (approx. 25 min drive).

The premises with the total area of 3625 m² consist of a 2-storey production plant, storage areas and a heating plant. The plots are connected to all utility lines (water, electricity, gas, sewage, telephone).

Two-storey production plant with the area of 1800 m² includes production and storage areas, working rooms (approx. 970m²), a few offices (approx. 72m²) and sanitary facilities (changing room, showers and restrooms).
