You Oughta Be In Pictures And With This Business You Will Be *** We have a $6M feature film - a romantic comedy supported by an action plot - with a script that targets a PG-13 rating. It will star highly sought after comedian Mike Epps, Nia Long, Academy Award Nominee Taraji P. Henson, Kevin Hart, Joe Pantoliano and others, and has theatrical distribution for 2010. We have a tentative director with experience but are in the process of discussing the project with noted Music Video Producer and "ATL" movie director Chris Robinson to direct the film. To all this we've added invaluable bonus pieces like having Grammy award winning producer Bryan Michael Cox to Music Supervise the film and Executive Produce the Soundtrack. The summation of everything creates a perfect storm, if you will, to produce a great film – more importantly a highly profitable blockbuster hit that, amongst others, particularly caters to the underserved African-American audience. We currently have 20% of the funding by way of monetizing tax credits anticipated from the State of Michigan (we'll be shooting in and around the Detroit area). All of that amounts to the project needing roughly $4.85M attached to it to keep it alive and on track for production this Fall. We are flexible on the terms of the investment. And again, all money will be placed into an escrow account and managed by the completion bond company.
