The company designs, manufactures and markets a line of clothing made from organically grown fabrics, dyed with natural, environmentally safe dyes, featuring unique artwork and designs with positive environmental messaging. Fabrics are dyed using dyes and a dying process developed by the company owners whereby clay, dirt, and other organic materials are used to produce dyes that are nontoxic and do not negatively impact the environment as fabrics are processed. All artwork and designs are the property of the company, produced by contract artists/designers under the direction of the owners. Company revenue is derived from the wholesale of its products to independent retail shops, gift shops and boutiques, big-box retail stores, catalogue retailers, etc., direct product sales via the Internet and product sales through a school fundraising program offered by the company. The transaction includes all assets owned by the company including: inventory, physical/fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
