Chain of Department Stores Equity Participation

Mentioned chain is the first and professionally developed Ukrainian chain of department stores offering men, women and children clothes, underwear and accessories. Presently, seven shops of the chain are located in six big cities of Ukraine. Chain's shops and management company (that is located in Kiev) are operated by high-qualified management team. The standard format of the department store is around 500 sq.m. in regions and up to 1 000 sq.m. in Kiev. Company is also manufacturing its own brand which is represented in the chain.
Company’s business plan stipulates opening of 7 new stores during 3 years, however a more aggressive expansion is also possible as the market conditions are more business friendly now in terms of rent rates and operational expenses in general.
Company has a detailed financial model of further expansion. Due to the fact that the company has been operating on the market since year 2004, the knowledge of the market and customer buying behavior makes it easier to set objective targets for the future. The company plans to increase the turnover by 2,5 times by year 2012 which will result in USD 20 mln per year in 2012 and thus become the biggest Ukrainian chain.
Proposal:
Investing in the Company for chain expansion and developing the network of new stores in the sum of 6,5 mln. US dollars on the terms of equity participation. Terms of equity participation are negotiable.
