The buyer has offices in the Silicon Valley and focuses on investing in small to medium size companies that offer opportunity for a value creation through corporate finance activities. The buyer has access to private equity and can secure funding for businesses with high growth potential.

In addition, the buyer has "clean" OTC BB blank check shells available for a reverse merger by a suitable private company with high growth potential. Features: Delaware Corporation, fully reporting to the SEC, no liabilities.
The buyer offers three options:
Option 1:
Depending on the financial condition, revenues and growth potential of the acquiring company, the seller will consider a no cash transaction for the shell and an agreement to secure appropriate funding for the new entity, under terms to be negotiated.
Option 2:
Depending on the financial condition, revenues and growth potential of the acquiring company, the seller will consider a no (or low) cash transaction for the shell in return for a percentage of equity in the newly merged entity to be negotiated.
Option 3:
95% of the 10-SB shell for $25,000, depending on the financial condition of the company.
