Wanted: Staffing & Training companies that address the opportunities created by an aging workforce.

Located in the continental United States, a suitable target company will either have a proven business model with positive cash flow or possess significant competitive advantages including proprietary technology. It will serve markets with large growth potential and the key managers will intend to remain as partners with the buyers, post-transaction. In general, companies that serve large number of commercial and government customers and have EBITDA between $1 million and $5 Million are preferred.

The Buyers

The buyers are experienced operators who provide patient expansion capital, board advice and strategic direction. The acquired company will continue as an independent entity. Transactions will not depend on leverage and the buyer has more than adequate capital to close a purchase.
