Australian Real Estate...our markets are bottoming out, and will continue to so over the next 6 months...
We naturally are aware of "where" our markets are headed as we are industry professionals with over 38 years of high profile experience in BUYING and SELLING cheap property.
Now that our markets are bottoming out, we often come across great "turnround" ("FLIP") deals...we are NOT interested in "DEVELOPING" property, UNNECESSARY...
We need money to be constantly buying the bargains that we find, ALL THE TIME.
Your money is guaranteed to earn you 25% based on (1) You choose to become an investor to "EACH SEPERATE" deal that we buy OR (2)Earn 50% of the profits that we make on each deal...but you also need to sign off as a GUARANTOR to the loan...HOWEVER, we can discuss excellent establishment operations ONLY if you are interested.
