I have a 3 truck commercial refrigeration, hvac service business for sale, or partner wanted. 200k for all the biz or will sell 1/4 to 49%. Gross sales 600k- taxable net after my salary 150k. I have 33 yrs local exp in this biz. This is service only, no new const. I have a diff 13 yr old biz that netted 550k last yr, reason for sale or partner wanted. Biz is run from home, why profits are so high. Ideal partner would be a top low temp- ice machine, hvac service tech. I will carry part w good down. Biz was est in 1983, I've had it 2 yrs. We service restaraunts, facility maint co, golf courses, produce houses, fire depts, big car washes, nursing homes, assisted livings, bars, nite clubs, hotels, to name a few. Lots of ice mach, walk-in, reach-in, commercial hvac service wrk. With the 2 businesses, I need help in this one...reason for sale. This is my second biz like this I had same type from 1980-90 built from 2 trucks to 8 trucks then sold. I had a partner there too. These service businesses can wear you out w the on call. Partner would be my ideal buyer, as biz is so good not wanting to sell it, but will if have to, as other biz is better. I'm facing a life choice right now, I'm 52, a top service tech myself..very financially sound.
