The Company manufactures sorting systems and custom turnkey systems that give users the ability to inspect defects and verify features throughout the production process. Due to the quality of both the Company’s products and technical support, the Company has established long-lasting relationships with its customers. The Company’s customer base consists of industry leaders, many of which are repeat customers.
The Company is fully committed to manufacturing high-quality test equipment and complete customer satisfaction. Due to the quality of its products and the level of technical support given, many of the Company’s customers are repeat customers. Approximately 50% of the Company’s gross sales can be attributed to past clients. The Company’s client base includes prominent companies such as General Motors, Chrysler, Delphi, and Linamar in Canada.
The Company operates from approximately 5,500 square feet of building space, owned by the shareholder and leased to the Company.
The most important asset that the Company owns is its proprietary equipment. The Company prides itself in innovative solutions and has designed and manufactured unique and specialized testing systems. All electronics required to perform testing are specially designed and tuned, creating an inspection system that is capable of detecting defects typically overlooked by standard inspection systems.
The market for inspection systems has shifted to Asia and Europe over the past few years. This gives the Company the opportunity to expand and capture market share overseas through leveraging its strong technical expertise. The Company’s facility is currently operating at approximately 85%, leaving room for the expansion of infrastructure in order to continue innovation, service more opportunities in the future, and/or to provide services overseas.
