The Company is a leading provider of home health and hospice for Medicare patients, private individuals, insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. The Company operates in Utah. The Company was incorporated in 2001 by two registered nurses with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. The Company was Medicare certified the same year. In 2003, the Company expanded its services to offer licensed private pay care provider specializing in geriatrics and offering nurse consulting services for patients in assisted living facilities. In September 2004, the Company received hospice certification and began serving hospice patients immediately.
