The Company was incorporated in Connecticut in 1990 and is organized as Limited Liability Company. The current ownership, consisting of two members, founded the Company.
In 2005, new construction projects accounted for 80% of sales while service work contributed 20%. The Company's customer base of 100 customers is comprised of 75 percent commercial and industrial customers and 25 percent residential customers and service. Approximately 80 percent of the Company from repeat customers.
The Company operates in a leased 5,100 square foot office/warehouse with 18 foot ceilings. The staff comprises 23 full-time non-union employees, comprising 5 service electricians, 3 construction electricians, 5 foreman, 5 apprentices and a 5-person management team.
