Four year old online income tax efile business. Very stable annual gross and net income. About half of annual business is repeat customers. Sale to include intellectual property (software, marketing materials, domain name, etc), customer database, and server hardware/software if desired. Business currently has no employees other than owner, and someone not familiar with both taxes and computer programming in PHP and MySQL will need to hire some seasonal support staff (1 multi-purpose employee, or 2 less skilled employees would be adequate). IRS authorizations will be transferred, but are contingent on a background check by the IRS.
