Aluminium Boat Building Company

This is a small aluminium boat building company situated on the south coast riviera of Lyme Regis, Dorset, England, UK. I have been in business for 1 year and have just completed my first commercial sea fishing boat. It is currently up for sale for £80,000 or $140,000. My hope is to produce four of these boats per year, but I need investment to make this happen. The estimated profit could start at $200,000+ per year. But this will grow as aluminium boats and the building of them are reletively rare here in the UK, and this technology is about to grow huge. These are small crafts in comparison to what the company could build in the future with investment. Maybe vessels that cost $500,000 are not unusual or beyond reach. Also there may be a British military contract around the corner for my company. These are exciting times and therefore I am now willing to sell to a silent investor half of the company for $250,000.
