Seeks Funded PE Group Interested in participating in Fundless Sponsor led acquisitions of companies with $1 to $3 mil in pre-tax owners' cash flow (ebitda).

FS deal leader/organizer commonly performs due diligence, establishes initial deal price range, structure and terms, evaluates verifies growth-map/plan, structures post-acquisition mgt. group, serves as Chmn of Board, supports strategic initiatives including M&A and globalization, ensures achievement of major milestones, leverages funded PE group's efforts by shepherding a deal FBO shareholders without needing excessive PE group staff attention.

FS typically incentivized by: 1. COB role, 2. Equity in acquisition co, 3. Portion of Carried Interest, 4. Acquisition Deal Fee, 5. Ongoing annual managing shareholder fee, and 6. In my case - Manager of Company M&A work to include ultimate disposition of portfolio company and all add-ons.
