Total Investment Required: $2.620M USD Total Potential ROI over 7 Years: $12,430,800 Per day hold in comparable area* = $300 per day, per machine. (x 200 machines) = Total: $60,000.00 per day. Our percentage is 18% or $10,800.00 per day total We are offering the partner in this project 80% of our total, or 16% of the total gaming revenues up until such time as the initial $2.620M investment is repaid. For the remainder of the deal, we are offering 50% of our total, or 10% of the total gross gaming revenues in perpetuity. The initial investment, utilizing the available comparable numbers*, will be paid back by January, 2010. After that, the per day payout is 100% profit for the life of the deal (aprox. an additional 6 years with an automatic renewal). Example of Expected Profits 80% of $10,800.00 per day = $8,640.00 per day to the investor for 303 days (aprox.10 months) = $2.620M (initial investment repaid). 50% of $10,800.00 per day = $5,400.00 per day to the investor for the remaining 2,302 days (6 years and 3.5 months) = $12,430,800 (profit) * Please see document “Penn Slot Pro Forma”
