If you have been looking to buy a shelf corporation, but have been hesitant because of the high prices, this might be a good way to get started. I purchased this Wyoming shelf corporation 1.5 yrs. ago in the hopes of building business credit, but shortly after purchasing it my Mom became ill and I ended up flying to Japan to help my Dad care for her.
Normally you will pay anywhere from $2,500 to $3,000 for a shelf corporation that has been aged for at least 3 yrs. The corporation is free of any liens or debts, and has a Certificate of Good Standing from Wyoming as well. I am asking exactly what I paid for it, $1,500.
