Our firm currently represents a company which handles complete HVAC system design and modification, and steamfitting services from draft and layout to full field installation. Diverse accounts include construction, corporate, government, health care and various commercial and retail customers. From 2007 to 2008, expectations of substantial growth is forecast – from $15.2M to $28M. The company enjoys long-term relationships with premier construction companies, building facilities, and institutional owners and managers in the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties for over 40 years. Vertical integration of manufacturing, installation, and service in a one-stop shop provides the company with the ability to consistently provide superior workmanship and service, though each division could operate as a stand-alone entity. Includes three divisions: Sheet metal fabrication with a state-of-the-art completely automated metal shop with computer driven plasma cutters, automated coil line, spiral duct production, and welding facility; HVAC service, start-up service, and HVAC maintenance and support to all clients; Operational parent, provides HVAC contracting to the client base handle all estimating, sales, project management, pipefitting requirements, purchases and subcontracting if needed.
