Business Summary

We are buying $26,000,000 of automobile loan deficiencies for $260,000. This is the loan amount owed by an individual after his car has been repocessed.

When I have purchased this pools before, I hire Consumer Loan Servicing Corp. a miami based specialist in collecting consumer loans. They charge 30% of amount collected. I typically offer to settle the debt at 30 cents on the dollar, however not all debt is collectible, so at best I expect to collect 7 cents of each dollar of debt. However since we are paying 1 cent on the dollar, the deal makes sense. I am looking for investors that would be interested in participating with me in the pool. $26,000 get you 10% of the pool income. I am keeping 20% of the pool so there is 80% available.
