Initially the Company will acquire 80% of the working interest in three natural gas wells and their proven reserves . Two producing (-2-- #3) and one non-producing [shut-in/capped] well (#1), including. The combined proven reserves of all the wells, total 6.2 million cubic feet equivalent ("MMcfe") of natural gas and 47,000 Barrels of oil ("Bbls of oil"). These wells currently produce approximately 20,000 Mcfe per month which is sold currently to The AA- Gas Company. The Company projects production will increase to 58,500 Mcf and 1,200 Bbls of oil per month after the rework.
