Established in 2000, the Company is one of the prominent producers of corrugated board
paper in Turkey. The Company has an annual capacity of 45,000 tons which can be divided as
25,000 tons of Fluting and 20,000 tons of Testliner per year.
The Company produces corrugated board paper from recycled waste paper which is in line with current resource situation of Turkey and European environmental policies. The Company also has a stable and a big client portfolio.
The facilities are based on a plot of land of 26,400 m2 which 9,400 m2 is closed and 17,000
m2 is open. The size of the open land provides the opportunity to double the capacity without
any additional land cost. Also within the facilities there is a cogeneration power plant with a
capacity of 7.5 MW of electricity which provides the Company continues electricity energy.
The shareholders of the Company also own a corrugated box company, which creates synergy
through integration. The corrugated box company has a capacity of 24,500 tons per year. The
Company currently sells nearly 20%-25% of its production to this sister company, but can
easily channel higher amounts if needed.The Company realized revenues of €17.8 million with an EBITDA of €4 million in 2007
