Investor need for new start up theatrical distribution company using digital distribution and/or partnering up with major film studio for releases and filling a void left by the old Miramax, New Line, and other companies that have scaled down or become non-operational.
There is too much supply and little pipelines for numerous film projects.
Fund will be 100% principally guaranteed over 10 years with internal IRR plus equity from films acquired and/or produced in-house.
This is a major deal (100-200 Mil) and is only suited for extreme liquid hedge funds, private equity groups, family offices, etc
Also available is $100 Million dollar tax advantaged film fund to finance 20-30 films and offer 70-100% ROI prior to operations. Principal protection is also available
