Business Summary
I am located in Dalton, GA - the carpet capitol of the world. For more than 30 years, I supplied carpet trim to the carpet industry. This trim was manufactured on these machines that I have designed.
During these 30 years, I refined my design until I reached the flawless design I now have patened.
In the 19990s, my gross sales were in excess of $3,000,000.00/year. However, in the late 90s, fringe, (the trim my machine produces) went out of style in the U.S.
In 2003, we decided to sell equipment. My first sell was for 2 machines @ $75,000.00/each - sold to Oriental Weavers of Egypt.
I have since sold 12 more machines @ $28,000.00/each.
A month ago, I sold one machine to a Turkish company for $28,000.00. The market for these machines is high in Europe, and very, very high in the Arab countries, China, and India. I have the only design available.
I also have invented a unique weaving machine. It can produce a rug in two minutes that would require a hand weaver more than 2 - 3 hours to complete.
The width and the guage of the goods woven can be changed in minutes. These machines are radical as compared to any other design.
I have a manufacturing facility set up in Ciudad Juarez. Building the machines there cuts the cost by 60%. Please view the video on my web site.
With proper exposure at Domotex, adequate financing etc., it is very easy to see that the weaving machine will sell in the tousands. Profit potential is huge.
I am 73 years old. It is time I cash in my chips and enjoy life. If a person has a very serious interest, then I am willing to sell all of my machines - includes 20+ self knotting machines, as well as several ultra high speed machines that produce knot less trim. There is still a large demand for this product as well.
