We give them helpfull ideas and tips for their new home as well as fill our magazine with some of the best services, resturants, and providers in the area. New Homeowner Magazine will be with them from the first month their in your new home, for about a year. It is to be clearly understood, our overall goal is to provide a valuable service to these newhomeowners. Our goal is to be the very first resource for every new homeowner when they need information, help, products or services What we offer to our advertisers is also another very valuable an unique service. Our goal here is to provide quality high impact advertising to local and national businesses. We do this by ensuring both our readers and our advertisers are a good match for our magazine. NHM is direct-mailed to at least 5,000 new homeowners in a target area. We give the new homeowner a free subscription to our paper and fill it with interesting, important, or entertaining information that is geared to newcomers.
