Our firm currently represents a leading retailer of Euro-comfort footwear from a comprehensive assortment of the industry’s premier brands. The Company has nine retail stores in the Southeast. In addition, a successful E-commerce division generates approximately 16 percent of sales. Sales for the calendar year ended December 31, 2007 totaled $5.8 million, an increase of 5.5% over 2006. YTD June 30 sales are up 6.3% over the same period in 2007 and Gross Profit is up by 9.3%. Two retail stores are located in Company-owned buildings and seven are in leased strip center locations. Company-owned facilities comprise a 16,500 sq. ft. building that houses HQ as well as the Company’s warehouse, E-commerce department, and a retail location, plus 7,100 sq. ft. for expansion; and a 6,000 sq. ft. energy efficient building featuring L.E.E.D-certified “green” technology - which saves the Company 50% on energy costs - housing a retail location, with 2,800 sq. ft. available for expansion. Two new stores, opened in late 2006 and early 2007, further expand the Company’s geographic market. Shoes are shipped directly to the Company’s warehouse and are then distributed by the Company to its retail locations. The Company has the platform of technology infrastructure, personnel, reputation, and 22 years of industry experience in place to foster growth in the Southeast and nationwide.
