Our firm currently represents a leading importer/wholesaler of fine rugs from China, India, Pakistan, and Iran. Under the same original family management for over 75 years, the Company is extremely well connected in its market segment, enjoying excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and bankers alike. Total revenue for 2007 is approaching $7.36 million with EBITDA of more than $677,000. Despite the much-advertised slowdown in the U.S. housing industry, the Company was able to maintain sales in 2006 at the same pace as 2005, and saw only a modest decline in sales in 2007. Supported by expected development in 2008, healthy revenue and EBITDA growth are expected to resume in 2009 and continue through the pro-forma period. 14 full-time employees serve the needs of more than 70 customers nationwide, including two Fortune 500 national retailers.
